Upgrade dilemma

If you want to keep your mobile phone number and have completed your current 12-month contract agreement, then you could upgrade to a new handset. However, the upgrade and new connection prices differ due to the subsidy paid by the networks. Instead, you could take your number to a different network than the one on current contract, if you prefer.

Alternatively, if your mobile phone number is not important to you, then you can cancel your current contract and buy a new handset with a fresh contract. This option is cheaper than upgrading your phone.
